found your podcast after seeing you pop up in my feed on reels (or tik tok or whatever platform). You are such an inspiration! I was a runner for many years and fell out of it through the pandemic. Gained 30 lbs and depression and decided 2025 was my comeback year! Binged the podcast on my 7 miler today. I’m a lot slower than before but that’s ok!
